Opening hours
We are open from March 1st through October 31st. The lodge is closed in November, December, January, and February.Each cabin can accommodate 2 people, with the possibility of adding an extra bed if needed.
Cancellation
Cancellation or change must be made no later than 4 weeks before arrival.
If cancelled or modified later than 4 weeks before arrival, 50% of the stay will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later than 2 weeks before arrival, the full amount will be charged.

We sell gift cards - contact us by email and we will be happy to help you.Check-in/check-out
Check-in is on your own. On the day of arrival you will receive an email or SMS with practical information about check-in and your stay. The host is in the area if you need assistance.Check-in from 3:00 PM

Pet
We love animals, but unfortunately pets are not allowed in the cabins.Parking
Above the Lodge, on the left side of Kilstivegen, you will find our parking lot. From there, there is a short path down to the cabins.There is space for one car per cottage.
Extra cars must be parked at Gjerdeneset (approx. 1 km from the Lodge).
The parking lot is sized for regular passenger cars. Motorhomes and similar vehicles must also be parked at Gjerdeneset.
Driving down to the cabins is not permitted. This is to keep the area car-free and to avoid unnecessary traffic for the neighbors.

Getting here:
Kilsti Compact Lodge is located on the northwest coast of Norway in a small village called Eidsdal in Fjord municipality.
The nearest city is Ålesund, approximately 90 minutes by car.
NB: The last ferry from Linge to Eidsdal departs at 11:00 PM.
Fly
Several international airports offer direct flights to Ålesund Airport Vigra (AES). Additionally, there are daily flights from major cities throughout Norway. If arriving by plane, we recommend renting a car to drive to Kilsti.
Tog
From late spring (end of May) to autumn (September/October), you can take the train to Åndalsnes and drive the Trollstigen road to Kilsti. The route via Sjøholt is accessible year-round.
